Reservation Policies and Notices

  • Advance reservations are limited to families and couples if a couple, both parties must be over 21.
  • Management reserves the right to assign room location.
  • DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: A deposit of one day's rental per week is required to confirm 3-5 p.m. arrivals. An additional day?s rental is required to confirm after 5 p.m. arrivals. This is applied to last day(s) of period reserved.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY: The required deposit is refundable (less 35% service charge) if notified at least 21 days prior to arrival date. Deposit is not transferable to future reservations.
  • PAYMENT PROCEDURES: Checks accepted up to 3 weeks before arrival date. The balance is payable in full before occupancy in traveler's check, cash, credit card, postal money orders or certified checks. ($25.00 fee for returned check)
  • PARKING: Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit.
  • NO PETS: Sorry, no pets are allowed.
  • NO SMOKING: All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning charge may be assessed if there is evidence of smoking in your room.
  • Please Note: The Attaché is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Misrepresentation voids reservation. All reservations are subject to confirmation and to conditions beyond our control.
