Motel Policies List

To maximize our guest's comfort and safety, the following hotel policies are observed.

MOTEL POLICIES
  • A deposit of one day’s rental per week is required within 7 days of making a reservation. This deposit applies to last day(s) of period reserved
  • The required deposit is refundable (less 50% service charge) if notified up to 21 days prior to arrival date. Deposit is not transferable to future reservations.
  • Checks are accepted up to 3 weeks before your arrival date.
  • Balance is payable in full before occupancy in traveler’s checks, cash, and postal money order or certified checks. ($25.00 fee for returned check.) Reservation will be held until 6PM on day of arrival unless prior notification.
  • No refunds due to weather or early check-out.
  • Check-In is at 3PM Check-out is 11AM
  • The Attache Motel is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Misrepresentation voids reservation.
  • Parking is strictly limited to one car per unit, regardless of unit type.
  • NO BICYCLES are permitted in rooms. Bike racks are provided.
  • Sorry NO PETS
  • Skateboards, scooters, rollerblades etc. are not permitted to be used on motel grounds. There is a bike path directly behind the Attache
  • Attache pool hours are 9 AM to 7 PM.
  • ALL children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at ALL TIMES in the pool area.
  • ONLY registered staying guests are permitted in the pool area.
  • For everyone’s safety and enjoyment the Attache strictly enforces pool rules as posted.
  • NO SMOKING IN ROOMS.
