ADVANCE RESERVATIONS ARE LIMITED TO FAMILIES AND COUPLES - IF COUPLE , BOTH PARTIES MUST BE OVER 21
 
Management reserves the right to assign room location.
DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: A deposit of one day's rental per week required to confirm 2-5 pm arrivals. An additional days rental is required to confirm after 5 pm arrivals. This applied to last day(s) of period reserved.
CANCELLATION POLICY: The required Deposit is refundable (less 50% service charge) if notified up to21 Days prior to arrival date. Deposit is not transferable to future reservations.
Payment Procedures: Checks Accepted up to 3 weeks before your arrival date. The balance is payable in full before occupancy in traveler's checks, cash, postal money orders or certified checks.
Please Note: The Attache is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Misrepresentation voids reservation. All reservations are subject to confirmation and to conditions beyond our control.
PARKING STRICTLY LIMITED TO ONE CAR PER UNIT
